Terms of Service
1. The service
Cortex Publisher (the "App") is an internal tool operated by Cortex Channels to schedule and publish original content to social media accounts owned by Cortex Channels, and to read the performance statistics of that content. The App is not a public product; access is limited to Cortex Channels.
2. Platform terms
Use of the App with a platform is subject to that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and the Meta Terms of Service. We publish only content we own or have the rights to, and we follow each platform's community guidelines and content policies.
3. Content
All content published through the App is created by or licensed to Cortex Channels. Cortex Channels is responsible for that content and for the settings it is published with (including audience and "made for kids" designations).
4. Availability
The App is provided "as is". We may change or stop it at any time.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cortex Channels is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
